Dice roller: roll dice or flip a coin online

Roll one or more dice (d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, d100) or flip a coin — fair, random results in your browser.

How to use

Choose how many dice and which type, then press “Roll” to see each die and the total. Switch to “Coin” to flip a coin.

Dice types: the standard six-sided d6 plus the polyhedral dice used in tabletop RPGs — d4, d8, d10, d12, d20 and the percentile d100.

Is it fair?

Results come from your browser’s cryptographically secure random number generator with a uniform distribution — every face has the same chance, like a perfect die.

FAQ

What are the odds of rolling 7 with two dice? 6 in 36, or 1 in 6 — the most likely total. 2 and 12 are the least likely, 1 in 36 each.

Does the last roll affect the next one? No — every roll is independent. After five heads in a row, the chance of tails is still 50%.
