How to use
Enter a start time and an end time — you’ll see the hours and minutes between them, plus the duration in minutes and in decimal hours (handy for timesheets and pay). If there was a break (lunch), enter it and it will be subtracted.
If the end time is earlier than the start time, it’s treated as the next day — that’s how night shifts are counted.
Examples

- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM — 9 hours; with an unpaid one-hour lunch, 8 paid hours.
